Chaos Intellect - программа является мощным продуктом, состоящим из почтовый клиента нового поколения, интегрированного с персональным информационным менеджером. Почтовый клиент Express Plus имеет поддержку протоколов POP3 и IMAP, может грамотно сортировать письма, надежно защищается от спама с помощью фильтров Bayesian. Продуманный менеджер контактов поможет пользователю держать свои контакты в порядке. PIM-разделы имеют заметки, напоминания, календарь, тоже сделанные по образу Outlook. После установки и настройки программа может быть портирована на флешку со всеми подписями, данными и базами. Интерфейс очень приятный, современный, настраиваемый, со сменными цветовыми схемами. Русификации программа не имеет, но поддержка кириллицы присутствует. Жирным плюсом является импорт писем из бата (в формате .EML вместе с аттачментами) с грамотным распознаванием кодировок.

- on a dual monitor configuration the Open Data Dialog was incorrectly opening in the center of the screen rather than center of the active monitor
- mail: fixed a conditon where a plain text message containing an email address on an ssl url would incorrectly be launched as a new mail message rather than a webpage
- mail: fixed a bug where the delete key within the mail compose screen could delete a mail message after you have maximize the preview (CTRL-M)
